My name is Kevin Raugstad, the owner/inspector of Dynamic Home Inspection Services, LLC based out of Arlington Heights, IL. I can provide a professional analysis of a home for you and your clients’ protection. I serve the Chicagoland area and its suburbs. You will find my services are second-to-none.

I am a full service ASHI graduate Home Inspector. To my consumers’ advantage, by trade I am a General Contractor specializing in residential new construction and renovations. In addition, I held a real estate license for many years with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Highland Park. These qualifications are what set me apart from other Home Inspectors.

My name is Rebecca Hodges, I am the point of contact here at Dynamic Home Inspection Services, LLC., serving as the office coordinator. I assist with all the company’s clerical needs, including scheduling all inspections, answering calls, communicating with all clients and agents, invoicing, and other tasks.

I take pride in assisting all our agents and clients to ensure a smooth process is followed. With a background in Mortuary Science, Real Estate, and Business Finance, I exude care and compassion for our clients during what can be a confusing and stressful process.

I retired from funeral directing in 2020 and moved to the gulf coast of Florida, where me and my family currently reside. I enjoy the littlest things in life like spending quiet time at home with my family, cleaning, nature hikes, and traveling.
